The health and well-being of our customers, employees and communities is our primary focus during the COVID-19 outbreak. We understand that now more than ever, our members need us for advice and support. Presently, our Affinity Insurance Offices will continue to operate during their usual hours of operation. Rest assured, we have plans in place to ensure our customers continue to receive the services they need.

At our Affinity Insurance Offices, we’ve implemented some reasonable protective health and safety actions, while following government precautions. We also encourage employees to stay home if they’re sick or have any symptoms.

Although all our Insurance Offices are currently open during usual hours at this time, we encourage our Customers to take advantage of our digital and online services which can be found on the Quick Links and Services tabs on this web site, or contact the office of their choice by phone or email.

Thank you for your patience during this evolving situation and rest assured, we’ll continue to monitor this outbreak and its effects very closely and provide you with regular updates. In the meantime, if you have any questions, we're always here for you please reach out to your Affinity Insurance Office.
